Job Description
Georgia Career Institute, located in Conyers, GA, and Murfreesboro, TN is looking for a high-energy, experienced Sales Manager to lead our Salon/Spa student clinic areas at both locations.

The ideal candidate will be experienced with:

Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales

Advanced time management skills
Social Media Marketing Strategies

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns
Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
Setting discount rates and determining price schedules
Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
Setting sales quotas and goals
Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
Defining and executing territory sales plans

This position will require travel between both GA & TN locations. Compensation is a base salary of $40,000 with performance based bonuses. Performance bonuses to be paid at a rate of 20% of the total sales increased over established base goal, with no ceiling.

Candidate can be based out of either Georgia or Tennessee, but must be willing to travel up to 50% between each location (in-person).
